Butterfield Farms is a small, family owned and operated farm focusing on grass fed beef cattle production for the Central Louisiana area.

Our cattle are raised right here, on Butterfield Farms pastures. They roam freely, live stress free lives, and are never brought to a feed lot. Butterfield Farms cattle are fed only our own carefully grown grasses. We offer our beef directly to the public using the Community Supported Agriculture model.

- Beef Shares -

One share consists of one quarter of beef sold as a split half. You may purchase as many shares as you like. Two shares equals a half of beef, and four shares equals a whole of beef. Your beef will come frozen in vacuum sealed, individually wrapped packaging. You will receive approximately 60-70 pounds of a variety of cuts of beef. Final price is determined by the weight of your particular steer. You only pay for the beef you receive! To reserve shares, you must place a non-refundable $100 deposit per share.
